Relocation Fee<\/td>\n		Regularly scheduled customers who are moving offices and require

Contamination Fee<\/td>\nRegularly scheduled and one-off service customers who deposit non-paper items into the bin<\/td>\nEqual to 1.75 x per bin fee on agreement<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
