What do you enjoy about your job?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nI am part of the client care team, which involves providing our clients with the skills and knowledge to completely utilise our service with confidence.\r\n\r\n<strong>What singular moment in your career or personal life has made a significant impact on your personal and\/or career development?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nBecoming a parent and developing the skills to multi-task efficiently.\r\n\r\n<strong>This years theme for International Women\u2019s Day is #EachforEqual which is about \u201cCollective Individualism\u201d. What does \u201cCollective Individualism\u201d mean to you as part of your role at ZircoDATA or individually?\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\nCollective Individualism means to me that each individual can make an impact in an organization regardless of how small or big their actions are.\r\n\r\n<strong>Who is your mentor or role model in business and why?\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\nSukki Singapora because she taught me to never give up on your passion and dreams regardless of what others think.\r\n\r\n<strong>What advice would you have given to your younger self if you had the opportunity?\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u201cThere is no substitute for hard work. When you hit a brick wall, study what makes it so strong, find its weak spots, and learn how to convert it into a staircase.\u201d\r\n\r\nOur next ambassador for ZircoDATA\u2019s recognition of International Women\u2019s Day is from our finance team, Preethi Abothu.
