• Responsible for the development, optimisation and operations of our salesforce platform 
• Work closely with our sales team and leaders to scope and configure business rules that utilise customer data to drive actions for proactive engagement 
• Document processes 
• Regular sales training and onboarding of new sales team members with respect to the Salesforce platform 
• Reports & dashboards with analytics using Salesforce and CRM data  
• Project management of key implementation projects within Salesforce  
• Solid understanding of process builder, workflows and flow as well as approval process solutions in Salesforce.com
• 2-3 years’ experience in a sales operations function/ 1-2 years’ experience as a salesforce administrator  

You will also possess the following skillsets to support transition into this role. We want you to hit the ground running:

• Salesforce guru with a passion to expand your learning and truly take charge of the CRM
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets  
• Salesforce ADM 201 Certification desirable (but not essential) 
• Problem solving skills with desire to improve processes and actively drive opportunities to resolutions without supervision 
• Ability to work autonomously or in team environments 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to slice and dice data to provide key insights/recommendations 
• Project management (or exposure to project management) 
• Experience with dataloader  advantageous
• Basic apex and visualforce coding experience would be nice to have (but not essential)

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the organisation’s success. What You Will Be Doing

This position covers all facets of general P&C including Recruitment, On-Boarding, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Policy interpretation and development, Enterprise Agreement interpretation and negotiations and Reporting. Working with both People Leaders and Team Members, this role will partner with all levels across the organisation.

Working within a close-knit team this busy and fast paced position will require an eye for detail, the ability to multitask and a calm manner under pressure.
