Document processes
Regular sales training and onboarding of new sales team members with respect to the Salesforce platform
Reports & dashboards with analytics using Salesforce and CRM data
Project management of key implementation projects within Salesforce
Solid understanding of process builder, workflows and flow as well as approval process solutions in Salesforce.com
2-3 years’ experience in a sales operations function/ 1-2 years’ experience as a salesforce administrator
You will also possess the following skillsets to support transition into this role. We want you to hit the ground running:
Salesforce guru with a passion to expand your learning and truly take charge of the CRM
Ability to work with large and complex datasets
Salesforce ADM 201 Certification desirable (but not essential)
