We are a dynamic, cutting edge information management business with a deep history in records management and digitisation. Reporting to the National Sales Director you will be instrumental in finding, engaging and converting new organisations across multiple sectors.
You will be joining an organisation who is looking to “Raise the Bar”, put the customer in the center of the conversation and rapidly evolving to meet the changing needs of our market. You will be supported by state-of-the-art systems and data driven sales information, coupled with an invigorated and hungry team of sales colleagues.
The role will be customer facing with an office location of Welshpool WA including responsibilities in SA.

ZircoDATA has an opportunity for a proactive, intuitive, passionate and approachable People & Culture Advisor to join our P&C Team on a part time basis to provide a wide range of P&C operational and project support across the organisation.
This is a part time role working 28 hours per week. Days and times are flexible for the right candidate.

What You Will Be Doing
This position covers all facets of general P&C including Recruitment, On-Boarding, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Policy interpretation and development, Enterprise Agreement interpretation and negotiations and Reporting. Working with both People Leaders and Team Members, this role will partner with all levels across the organisation.
Working within a close-knit team this busy and fast paced position will require an eye for detail, the ability to multitask and a calm manner under pressure.
You will also be a natural team player and able to help with any matters that need action such as employment documentation and administrative tasks. Finally, you will be comfortable using new systems and utilising social media platforms to recruit and engage with team members.
